Hips up and down (30 secs) 3. Plank ladder (30 secs) 4. Saw rocker (30 secs) 5. Saw hold (30 secs) 6. Alternate leg raise (30 secs) 7. Alt leg elevated to knee tuck (30 secs) 8. Alternate knee to elbow (30 secs) 9. Plank rolls (30 secs) 10. Plank (30 secs) A strong core is so important and has so many benefits! A strong core decreases chances of injuries and pain in lower back. Also from a performance perspective, increased muscular endurance and posture positioning, leading to overall improved performance. The plank is well known for its variability and ability to be performed by beginners through to advanced. These exercises in this video are only a few of the many variations you can do!
